Like most My Accounts, you’ll have to log in first. From there, you’ll have access to multiple things you can update, like:
Go to My Account and click on Profile in the left hand menu. You’ll see Email Address as an option. Type in your new email address, and click save.
Go to My Account and click on Profile in the left hand menu. You’ll see Change Password as an option. Enter your new password, and then you’ll be prompted to verify it by entering it again. Following that, click save.
Go to My Account and click Email Preferences in the left hand menu. You’ll see a slide button to select to receive Scout Briefs (aka our emails). You’ll definitely want to turn this on – it’ll be green if it’s on already. Then, you can check the categories that interest you the most. Check as many as you’d like - we’ll send you emails related to these specific categories. Don’t forget to click save after you’ve made your selections!
Haggle Channel™ Notifications
Go to Hi Scout (or your name if you’ve updated it in My Account). You’ll get a drop-down menu. Click on My Account, and click on Profile in the left-hand menu. You’ll see Haggle Channel™ Email Notifications. Here, you can choose to receive emails from Haggle Channel™ (like responses to questions about listings, offers, etc.) either immediately, as a daily recap, or receive no email notifications (not recommended).
